On May 24th, 2017 Jermaine performed at World Peace Night at Villa Oxygène in Cannes, France to lend his support to Adventure of Humanity which is a non profit project started by Michael Jackson and Nelson Mandela in 1999 that is nowadays organized by Richard Nilsson. Jermaine continued his support to the project with a performance in front of a 47,000 people audience at Maracanã stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on December 27th where he sang a a Jackson 5 Medley, "I'll Be There" and "Gone Too Soon" at the start of the charity football game “Jogo das Estrelas” hosted by Zico. The day before performing, Jermaine visited a Ronald McDonald in Rio de Janeiro to donate presents to children. A Ronald McDonald House offers rooms to families that travel far from home and spend several weeks or months to get treatment for their seriously ill or injured children. Jermaine Jackson talked to the kids and delivered each of them, toys and food. The afternoon at Casa Ronald reminded him of his childhood with his brothers. Jermaine stated that putting a smile on children is his mission and that music also provides happiness.

During the MAX Proms event in The Netherlands on December 2nd 2017, Jermaine Jackson introduced his sons Jaafar (21) and Jermajesty (17) to perform together live on stage with the full Metropole Orchestra singing "The Christmas Song". This exclusive performance marks the stage debut for Jaafar and Jermajesty and is special because it's the first time Jermaine and his sons performed together and because Jermaine sings "The Christmas Song" again which he recorded for The Jacksons 5 Christmas Album in July of 1970 at the age of 15. Jermaine performed a set of hits with the orchestra during the televised MAX Proms event that aired on NPO2 in two shows on Christmas (25 December) and New Year's Eve (31 December) ringing in 2018 with "When The Rain Begins To Fall".

Jermaine Jackson visited Belgium and The Netherlands to promote the upcoming show of The Jacksons in Ahoy Rotterdam on October 5th. On September 7th, he visited Belgian radio Joe and talked to hosts Raf & Rani, did an interview on talkshow Van Gils & Gasten. On September 8th, Jermaine visited Rotterdam and had a Dutch "haring" at Schmidt Zeevis. On August 29th, Jermaine was a special guest at the VIP Anna's Place Waregem Koerse horse race.
